Clinton Mark GALISTAN
Member
Clinton works as the Head of Counselling at Assumption Pathway School. He was a Deputy Superintendent of Prisons at the Singapore Prison Service, where he held appointments in rehabilitational institutions and Headquarters Prisons. Clinton's previous appointment was the Officer Commanding of Programmes at Kaki Bukit Centre (Prison School), where he planned and implemented programmes for the inmates receiving rehabilitative and educational services.
Clinton was commended with the Outstanding Captains of Lives Award 2006 by the Singapore Prison Service.
Elvis Richard OVEREE, PB, PBS

Elvis works as the Manager of Member Services at the Industrial & Services Co-operative Society Ltd. He is a Senior Chief Warder seconded from the Singapore Prison Service, where he held appointments in rehabilitational institutions and Headquarters Prisons.
Elvis was conferred the Pingat Berkebolehan (The Efficiency Medal) and the Pingat Bakti Setia (The Long Service Award) by His Excellency President S R Nathan, the President of the Republic of Singapore.
Dominic LIM

Dominic is SPLAT!'s Group Head of Strategic Management and Founder. He is reading Social Work and Political Science at the National University of Singapore, and serving as the Head of Outreach and an Executive Committee Member of its Society of Social Work Students.
Dominic was commended with the Individual Award for Community Projects by the National University of Singapore at its NUS Student Achievement Awards.

Namiko CHAN Takahashi
Member
Namiko works as an artist. An artist, lawyer and teacher by training, she has worked with the Ministry of Education and the Singapore Youth Festival. Namiko holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the National University of Singapore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education. She has trained at the prestigious Arts Students League of New York. Namiko works mainly with oil on linen, and deals with themes universal and relevant to the contemporary era.
Namiko won the 2006 UOB Painting of the Year Award for a nude portrait "Charisse".
Regina TAN

Regina is SPLAT!'s Group Head of Services. She is reading Banking and Finance at the University of London through a distance learning program. Regina works part-time as an administrative staff at the Yew Tee Citizens' Consultative Committee.

Jalyn HAN
Member
Jalyn operates various artistic productions and conducting her customized holistic performing arts programme for young adults, local mainstream students and students with mild intellectual disabilities. An all-rounded performing artiste with numerous practical stagecraft experiences for nearly three decades, she has conceptualized, choreographed and directed numerous productions for educational institutions, community organisations and corporate bodies.
Jalyn's immersion in the rich and diverse artistic thoroughfare of Singapore began from stage crafting productions which hones her capacity as actress, dancer, choreographer, trainer, artistic director, producer and project consultant. Mentored by the late theatre maestro Mr Kuo Pao Kun, her expertise and passion to share has led to many fruitful collaborative relationships with established creative ensembles such as the Toy Factory Theatre Ensemble, The Theatre Practice, Theatreworks, Ocean Butterflies, Sentosa, Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery Young Artistes Club, Omni Arts Singapore, National Day Parade and the Singapore Armed Forces’ Music and Dance Company.
Dr SEET Khiam Keong

Dr Seet works as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of English Language and Literature, National University of Singapore. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Exeter, England; a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto, Canada; a Master of Science from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland; a Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the National University of Singapore; a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the Institute of Education, Singapore; a Certificate in Communication Studies from the Communications, Advertising & Marketing Foundation of the United Kingdom; and a Diploma in Wines and Spirits from the Wines and Spirits Education Trust, London, England.
Among many other notable awards, Dr Seet is a recipient of the Special Recognition Award presented by the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts, two British Council Fellowships, a Fulbright Fellowship and is listed in Who's Who in Contemporary World Theatre (London: Routledge, 2000).
An active contributor to public service, Dr Seet has adjudicated on every major competition in Singapore, from the National Arts Council's Golden Point Contest, TheatreWorks' 24-Hour Playwriting Competition, the SPH Young Dramatist Awards, Action Theatre's Hewlett Packard Ten Minute Play Competition, MediaCorp's Fame Awards to the Singapore Film Commission's Singapore Screenplay Competition. He was the chief judge of the Singapore Literature Prize as well as the Chair of the Singapore Writers Festival for many years. More recently, he adjudicated for the Theatre Idol Series, as well as presently serving as a judge for The Straits Times' Life! Theatre Awards. He selects portfolios for the Creative Arts Programme of the Ministry of Education and sits on the selection panel of every major arts scholarship, from the Shell Centenary Scholarship to the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Fellowships.
Augustine CHAN

Augustine is SPLAT!'s Team Head of Stakeholder Management. He works as a private tutor. Augustine holds a Second Class Upper Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the National University of Singapore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education.
Augustine was conferred the Certificate of Honour for Inspirational Mentorship by the Nanyang Technological University and His Excellency President S R Nathan, the President of the Republic of Singapore, at the former's University Scholars Awards.
