SPLAT! raises funds which provide youths-at-risk and ex-youth offenders with educational programmes which light up the gateway to success through empowerment.

Youths-at-risk, aftercare supervisees, ex-youth offenders and other youths go door-to-door in housing estates to share with the public the concerns and challenges which youths-at-risk and ex-youth offenders face. They collaborate collectively and through their interactions with the public and each other, embody the public messages of rehabilitation and reintegration. They raise funds for youths-at-risk and ex-youth offenders receiving assistance from educational programmes conducted by the Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association, Singapore (CARE Singapore) and the Student Advisory Centre. As a volunteer development platform, SPLAT!'s sales of public education memorabilia develop their confidence, persevearance and resilience In 2008 and 2009, eight rounds of sale shave been held to 6,500 households from four housing estates, raising S$13,528.36 for the Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association, Singapore (CARE Singapore) and the Student Advisory Centre |
